GitaCloud was founded on a single conviction: that the enterprise’s most expensive failures are decision failures, and that fixing them is a capability — not a tool, not a deck, not a methodology slide.
We are headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are a principal-only firm: every engagement is led by a senior US-based operator who has personally owned the outcomes our customers are trying to move. We do not staff with juniors. We do not subcontract delivery. We do not sell platforms.
We are the sibling firm to VYAN, the decision intelligence platform. The two firms share a founder, a thesis, and a vocabulary — but operate independently. VYAN builds the platform. GitaCloud builds the muscle. Most engagements happen on both sides.

Ashutosh has spent more than two decades building decision systems inside global enterprises — across semiconductors, consumer goods, industrial, and life sciences. He has led transformation programs at category-defining enterprise software companies, advised C-suites on operating-model redesign, and personally shipped decision systems that survived contact with the boardroom and the warehouse on the same Tuesday.
He founded GitaCloud to professionalize the discipline of decision intelligence enablement — a category he had watched the industry talk about for a decade and underdeliver on every time. He is also the founder of VYAN, the sibling platform that operationalizes the category.
He is based in the Bay Area and personally leads or sponsors every GitaCloud engagement. He writes for the Insights section under his own name.
